- the ability to create not only single workouts but also workout programs
- a feature for replacing an exercise in a workout with an alternative one, in case the gym does not have the necessary equipment

Here’s what you can do on our app now:

1. Choose a workout plan that is right for you.

- All programs are designed by TransformMate experts based on the latest scientific research in the field of physiology and training.
- In the application, you will find both bodybuilding programs (focus on muscle hypertrophy) and hybrid training programs (a combination of hypertrophy, strength enhancement, endurance, weightlifting and gymnastics skills).
- You can choose a program based on your experience, the number of training days per week, and a particular muscle group you want to target.
- When training, you will know exactly what you need to do: a list of exercises, the number of sets and reps. The whole program, training week, training session, and exercises are accompanied by expert comments.

2. Create your own personal workout plan

- You can create workouts in just a few minutes:
- Choose exercises to target a specific muscle group from our library, or add your own
- Track progress by logging in the weights, reps, and sets
- Set up your own order, combine various exercises, as well as super/trisets
- Plan your workouts in advance using our workout calendar.

3. Choose an exercise easily and improve your performance.

TransformMate exercise library contains more than 500 exercises and keeps being updated.

All exercises are divided into muscle groups, which makes it easier to find the one you need for your workout.

Each exercise has a detailed profile with all the instructions and, more importantly, a video guide for proper technique.

Video guides not only show the proper exercise technique, but they also contain detailed descriptions of how to perform the exercises correctly. And they will help you understand:
- how to keep your body in the right position during the exercise
- what to focus on
- what range of motions should be performed at a certain position
- how to make your performance great and minimize the risks of injury

4. Track and log your progress to achieve better results and new goals

Mark the exercises you’re done with, add weight, reps and sets, total workout time and more during the workout.
